Live Animals’ Guidelines

Step One

The shipper will bring the animal to Cargo Terminal

Check the weight of the animal + dimensions of the crate.

Measurement of the animal (Length, width, height, and shoulder height).

Step Two

The following documents are required.

Pet passport with all vaccination/medical records (for cats & dogs).

Import permit from the destination country (if required; for some countries it is not required).

Export health certificate from Ministry of Agriculture (Will be issued 48 hours prior to the departure and validity is for 7 days, it will be issued based on the Airway bill issued by us).

Shipper’s certification for live animals.

Any other required certificates (ex. CITES permits).

Step Three

After confirmation from the Airline

The shipper should come back 48 hours prior to the departure date to get the export health certificate from the Ministry of Agriculture

Shipper should deliver the animals to our premises a minimum 4 hours before flight departure
